Jillian Best is a swim enthusiast from Ontario, Canada, who competes as a masters swimmer and completed a remarkable swim across Lake Ontario in 2021. Overcoming the challenges of training during a pandemic, she demonstrated resilience and determination. A liver transplant recipient in 2016, Jillian founded the "Move for Life Foundation" to raise awareness for organ donation, and successfully raised nearly a quarter of a million dollars to support the cause that saved her life. Passionate about open water swimming, she is currently training for another marathon swim this summer.
